requirements: There are two separate ways to submit an entry form to the Ottawa 05 International Animation Festival:
Fill out the Online Entry Form. Fill out the Downloadable Entry Form and mail or fax it to the
address below. Both entry forms will be avaliable at the end of December. Entry deadline for entry form submission is June 1, 2006. Entry deadline for preview tape submission is June 18, 2006 or they will not be considered. Please include a VHS or DVD copy of the film along with a director's photograph (300 dpi), biography (100 words or less) and 3 stills from the film (300 dpi). We cannot accept customs charges. Please do not label a value over $10 CAN on your package.
notes: The 2006 edition will mark the 30th anniversary of the Ottawa International Animation Festival and its second run as an annual festival.
